Sarah Almond, the children’s librarian and program director for the Roland Public Library, was the guest speaker for the March 28 meeting of Friends ’n Service. Almond told about the many programs offered, including Story Time, Steam, Read to Fox, Adventure Club and Lego Club. She even read the group a book by Dr. Seuss, “My Many Colored Days,” to give the members an example of what she reads for Story Time. The program was very informative and thoroughly enjoyed by all.
