Annually, the Story County Board of Supervisors hosts information sessions in all four corners of the county. The meetings — commonly referred to as the Quadrant Meetings — are an opportunity for the supervisors to meet with local elected officials from the township trustees, boards of education, mayors, city council members and members of the public.

Each spring, the board schedules the meetings during the daytime, and in the fall, they rotate to evening meeting hours. The board has scheduled the four fall quadrant meetings as follows:

· Wednesday, Nov. 1, at the Nord Kalsem Community Center, 204 West Fifth St. in Huxley.

· Thursday, Nov. 2, at the Dakins Community Center in Zearing.

· Wednesday, Nov. 8, at the Maxwell American Legion Hall, 77 Main St. in Maxwell.

· Thursday, Nov. 9, at the Gilbert City Hall, 105 Southeast Second St. in Gilbert.

All meetings are scheduled from 6 to 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
