Parker Witthuhn is returning to the State Wrestling Tournament! Parker finished first at the 2A District meet on Saturday in Webster City, taking the 126 lb. title with two big victories. A 2:42 pin in his first match and a 12-2 injury default win in the champioship match helped propel Parker to the state tourney. Parker becomes the 10th multiple state wrestling qualifier in Roland-Story history. He faces Dylan Beaver of Benton Community on Thursday morning (Feb. 20) in the opening session of this year’s state tournament at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.
