Morgan Wright, daughter of Steve and Donna Wright of Randall, Iowa, has been accepted as a Peace Corps Volunteer Leader (PCVL) in Ecuador, South America. Wright has completed her two years of service as a Peace Corps volunteer in the small coastal town of San Lorenzo. And has now been accepted as a PCVL in the city of Guayaquil. The PCVL process is a competitive process where only six of the most qualified volunteers in the country are selected. Her duties as PCVL include helping and supporting the current volunteers in the field with their projects, as well as working for the provincial government of Guayas working in organic agriculture and implementing a 4-H style program with the high schools of the province. The PCVL position is a one year commitment.
