Immanuel Lutheran Church holds luncheon Saturday

It's not the holidays in Story City without a taste of kringla, potato cakes and rice pudding. Immanuel Lutheran  Church, 804 Lafayette Ave. in Story City, will hold a holiday soup luncheon on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A  $10 boxed lunch includes choice of soup ( wild rice & ham, broccoli & cheese, chili) and a box of Scandinavian baked goodies. The meals will be served curbside only.  Pull up in front of church on Lafayette Avenue to order and pick up. For more information contact the church 515-733-4972.
